Another sign of impending bankruptcy. No longer giving them restricted stocks and stock options is validation stock is worthless and would be zero of declared bankrupt. This way they can still fleece the company for millions. It’s all about how much can steal from sinking ship instead of fixing it.
The fact giving quarterly bonuses too is a sign of impending bankruptcy. No one trusts company will be able to provide a bonus in a year, so better to just issue 1/4 of it quarterly so get something instead of nothing
