I overhead that all senior level grade 9 and above will be required to be in the office a minimum of 5 (count them) five days. This is to role model full RTO before making this mandatory for the rest of the employees.

Does anyone know if they’re tracking presence on the network in addition to badge swipes? I’ve heard rumors of emails being sent by HR for folks that get the swipes but just cruise in/cruise out.
I RTO four days a week but only work 2 hours per day in office then home and pretend to work, if they want me to have 5 badge swipes a week I am okay with that.
Grade 10 here, I've been going 7 days a week the last 6 weeks. Pick it up slackers
Take your cube space and get back to work !
6 days per week, c'mon
Corporate wide I reckon
which BU?
If they want it, just roll it out. They'll get people onsite and attrition to their desired level. Get rid of remote employees, go all in and stop being cowards and trying to manipulate the company in a non-transparent way.
And that, my friends, is why the company culture su-ks. Execs/decision makers are cowards ruling by instilling fear and rumors in the population of employees.
Wow, a policy that makes sense.
Excuse me, but I cannot miss my tee time at the country club.
@b8 More like 5 days a year (if we're lucky) for G10+. I have only seen my VP on site once in the past year, and that was during a QGS
This is correct
5 days per month?
Good.
This should weed out some deadwood, but you will lose some good talent as well.
