Engineer here, first job out of school. I thought I was the luckiest when they offered me the position. Three years in and I have no idea what we're even doing. They've messed up from every angle you look at it, and the worst part is they're not even trying to make it better. It's like they can't decide between short-term savings at any cost or wanting to be a competitive company. And it feels like they've given up altogether.

3 years looks good on a resume if you look for another job. It is so important for the first out of college job experience to be a positive one. Bosses set the tone and environment for a group and company. BA is history. Please apply for another job at either Raytheon, Lockheed, or Sikorsky. No company is perfect, but these companies are better. Good luck.
They have always been good at lieing. Don't forget all the innocent lives lost over the years.
But they're still collecting taxpayer dollars. So they're "doing something right" /s
