@dr not correct. The ELT is def looking at the in office tracker and going person by person and asking their leaders to do the same.

Anyone working more than 8 hrs a day is wasting their life for a dead end company. W doesn't care about you. Get your swipes and leave.

@dr is that why I just got scolded by my manager? “You need to make sure you’re in office 4 days a week”. As I’m steadily working 10 hour days, excluding the commute. LOL ok

Sycamore doesn't care if we come into office. They don't even look at the HR report.

Gas could hit $12 a gallon and Sycamore would still want us in office 4 days a week. They need all of us in office to ensure we’re “fully focused” and not taking 5 minutes to do a load of laundry while working in the comforts of our home. Sycamore’s only objective is to make a return on their investment, don’t count on any changes to the WFH policy.
