when I left anyone above JG3 gets a maximum of 1 week per year of service maxed out at one year. JG3 have no cap. It is true that BD use to pay 2 weeks per year of service, no cap - those days are gone

You may be entitled to what they call WARN payments if/when they don’t provide the legally required advance notice. But if that’s the case, I heard BD will then just deduct it from your standard severance bucket so in the end you get no more than the standard. Sounds pretty slimy for a company that posts signs everywhere touting how it’s such a great place to work. Actually, the fact they do that tells you everything you need to know. ;-)
no, it's the standard one unless you are at a very high JG with special negotiated package.
