Hey when are we supposed to see our bonus hit the bank?
@my 2.9% inconsistent performance rating, though every subcategory was met or exceeded. "Met" and 3.2% is extremely on par, since about 2017 I'd say. Love that they call a cost of living increase a "merit", or that they figure 3.2% to be a cost of living increase...
@my Good luck making sense of things around here, lots of crazies, I learned that the tough way. Three doctors, a lawyer, and a couple good HR people to get my bearings. Thanks management!
