Hi. Looking to apply to a role at McD…are the benefits worth it at the sr director level? They don’t share any info on comp so hard to know. And the salary range is broad so that also doesn’t help. Appreciate any guidance.

Benefits are solid.
35% bonus target at that level. Depending on business performance, that can be funded between 0-200%.
Typically a Senior Director also receives between $75k-$125k in stock each year (either options or RSU’s) with future vesting schedules.
Salary is competitive
