No raises even though performance rating are good for the last 3 years because I’m above market pay. Not even a cost of living raise. Typically was 4-6% before that
I used to get 6-8%, lately it's been 3.75 for top performer. I went from band 7 to band 6 and that was over 30%, that was nice. This year back to 3% again.
My whole department was razed.
