This company gives 0 f’s about any employee other than their bottom line my whole department laid off in February and they spew redeployment BS. Two decades working for them relocating many times across the country. Apply for 15 internal jobs and not one interview. Always had strong performance reviews. Landed a job quickly outside the firm so I guess take the severance and run.

Any one who's worked for JPMorgan Chase for at least 20 years knows that the JPM side has always considered as second class citizens their inherited employees from Chase Bank when JPM bought Chase Bank around year 2002.
Chase employees are lower caliber and lower quality workers. Even though there may or may not be a correlation between pedigrees and work performance, Chase pedigrees are also of lower caliber.
Legacy and new JPMorgan employees have always looked down on Chase employees.
JPMorgan Chase is the haven for backstabbing, two-faced snakes, the Coriolanus Snow of Hunger Games movie.

They act like they care about employees and this is far from the truth. They don’t even care about their shareholders as most employees are shareholders.
