During my time at Adobe, I found that the leadership team really lacked proper training. It was an incredibly toxic environment where micromanagement was the norm, which might just be a symptom of having too many layers of management. Adobe really needs to focus on hiring leaders who empower their people to do great work instead of constantly standing in their way.
Nothing will happen to them. They will move out as a team and flock in some other company and pull in their people one by one. They are a mob, who work together, lick each others' and flow. Same game in every company. You iss ss, you move up or remain a slave.
There is always someone from HR I guess ;), who comes and replies on these forums, asking you to provide proof or say, you must be that lazy person who didn't do the job right and blaming the management da da da. lol, as if they will solve it.
@28z really! Do u have any substantial proof ?
Those Adobe employees are the laziest and most incompetent people I've ever seen. It's the new IBM. Fancy job titles with zero skills sitting in the same position for years.
This is gonna be spiders in a jar - to watch their activity these days will be epic
