I would love to really speak my mind as an employee of Macy's. I feel like there would be serious retaliation for speaking the truth about what goes on in our Region. I know you have to follow ethical rules with comments and get that but do you all think this site is really anonymous?

This site does an okay job of protecting you due to fake names and such. So yes as long as you don’t say name/store number or your Macys ID.
My lesson learned elsewhere: don’t share the cr-p from here onto Reddit or YouTube 🫠😰😓
Don’t post anything if you’re on Macy’s Wi-Fi, even in your own phone. They can track which sires you go to, including this one.
Twas the night before Xmas poster is no longer with Macy*s.
What if you use your cell phone?
Don't use your laptop at work to post.
The way I understand the content rules and privacy policies listed in the footer of the page, as long as you follow the site rules you should be good. Unless you post something illegal or libelous, in that case the gloves come off.
And don’t name any names, site mods nuke those posts.
People have posted all kinds of info. I would not worry!!!!
Yep, Macys hires secret agents to spy on employees complaining on the internet. Then they fire you. Seriously, don’t be such a scaredy cat.
I was wondering the same thing. Which Region do you work in? Anyone else have any intel? We have heard from the "Twas the night before Xmas" poet about 2023 but maybe that will be on xmas eve
