So if you sell more and advance over 100% one gets penalized. Short and simple summary. So sell to only reach 100% after doing your “8”, then hit the “gate”. If they ask to “Sell”, then be like : HA HAAAAA MOFOS!! 🤣🤣🤣

All things equal, the “windfall” threshold is about $500 higher. I doubt the OP has ever reached windfall though. Has a higher ceiling across the range if you sell over 100% but does have a lower floor.
If I were to hit a 1.1 in phones and be at 160% bucket, with the old structure I'd be excelling. With this new structure being at that with low high priority upgrade percentage puts me at an achieving. What bollucks is this? I made the company their money but am punished for actually helping customers who need a Sim card that have a HPU on their account. Something is off with this. I get punished for doing my job...this needs to change.
I regularly hit 1.3 and all prior comm checks would have been increased by roughly +$300/m. Low performing months close to the target would receive ~$200 less.
It’s designed for the slow stores/employees who crush upgrades when new lines aren’t there (or being slammed) get punished. False churn and bogus BYOD+ is going to blow up
