RTO isn't about productivity gains and never has been

Schwab leadership is lying and everyone knows it.

It's about real estate cost justification and reducing headcount.

What will backfire for companies like schwab is that when the tied turns and this becomes more of an employee market, where employees with talent have real options and the best companies offer full time remote employment, schwab will lose talent
