Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

EEOC and DOL claims

I hear this company is constantly settling lawsuits with the EEOC and DOL through their poor management and businesses practices. The Spielberger Law Group is handling so many cases they may just start a class action. If you’re being discriminated against for Age (if you’re over 40) or being retaliated against after FMLA leave don’t wait to go to HR and start documenting the process. Then go to EEOC and DOL websites and start the claims. Then contact an attorney who specializes in employment law.

Whatever you do, do NOT speak to HR. If you want to keep your paycheck. HR is not there to protect YOU, they are there to protect THE COMPANY. And that's not to say HR are bad people, they just do their job.

I hear the same. Better get the conversations started now with HR and open the claims with EEOC and DOL now to notify HR. Next round of layoffs I heard will include everyone with “does not meet” rating. Wall Street can see all the lawsuits (not just from employees) and they’re getting nervous. Frank really did a number before his exit.
