Having been meetings with Nancy, she has executive presence without the substance (not uncommon amongst execs). Empty words, provides her thoughts on the wrong things, etc
Who's Nancy?
It's been that way for years. Every kickoff, every all hands. "We are going to do X,Y,X" without any strategy behind the words. It is what got us where we are today.
You’re right! Whenever they ask Nancy a question, I always sit back and listen, hoping to be inspired. She sounds good and dances through her response, but every time it is a word salad, as if she plugged it into AI and said - “quick, give me some intelligent sounding platitudes, that make me sound like I know what I’m talking about!”
