The fact this triggered you so much confirms the gravity of this. The popcorn is out and looking forward to class action approval when it will have to be disclosed
@jn you no read good huh? Nobody said let the lawsuit go. But the analysts posting here for updates need to let it go because nobody has any info that they’re gonna share here and this won’t go to court - it’ll be settled outside of court
"Let it go” is easy to say when you’re the one collecting the usury-level fees for access to a government mandated market utility.
That is quite a charge. It would be surprising that someone pushing a hedge fund manipulation scheme would do it on the forum. Why wasn’t the suit dismissed?
You’re probably the same analyst that’s asked for CGS lawsuit updates on all the other threads looking to make a name for yourself in the event-driven hedge fund space (stop me if I’m wrong).
Jeeze let this go already - it’ll play out in the courts & probably settle outside of court like every other major corporate lawsuit, and you’ll be back scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for ideas and ways to manipulate the market. Get good at your job or get lost.
Just read the complaint. It makes no sense why factset / cgs would refuse to issue a Cusip. Looks like there was a lot of political pressure all the way up to lutnick and miller. Can’t make this up. How could factset have paid 2 bill for Cusip with almost no due dilligence. If this goes south like the other Cusip law suit , class actions coming
