I work in auto. Although the gig is good. I always see people getting let go whenever there's layoffs. Lots and lots of work yet we still cut people. I feel they do this to trim the fat. Unfortunately at the end of the day we need people not less.

@jy some modem team con-artist managers can make a f001 out of their pointy-haired-boss VPs by saying anything. They can even say they have a design for some interplanetary 10G and show on a simulator how fast it would be. Never mind that PHBs don't know about the inherent delays involved to speed of light limitation. They are PHBs for a reason.

TBS team which serves MST will be impacted in Boulder and SD. All the work is being moved to QIPL. I don't know the exact numbers though. Kevin and Mattihas (Both VPs based in Boulder are deciding the numbers).

How has WiFi not been hit harder? Too many politicians bring toxic values into the company, mock and bully the engineers who actually do the real work, and then laugh about it together.
