P66 has announced that 2 new directors have been appointed to the Board of Directors.
I don’t know anything about them but Elliott says they’re pleased with the appointments.
If they’re pleased I’m pleased.

Umm Elliott is savage activist...see 20% fewer jobs
@kh they can see if you're d-mb enough to visit from your work computer/phone, but no they can't see the IPs of people that post without going through the intranet.
Don't be a dum--ss and you'll be fine
Lol, Ungerleider was one of the p66 nominees last time around. Zero chance Elliott is happy with it, they're just saving face after not getting their way last year. They've made like 40% on their holdings so they probably aren't all that interested in change at this ten seconds.
Y'all - I just heard from an IT source (close friend and who I would trust with my life) that they can now identify IP addresses and are starting to crack down on these posts. Keep this in mind before posting. This will be my last one on this site. Let's try to find another one. Fight the power! Go Go Find Another Site!!
Really disappointing. Elliott looks like they have surrendered.
Ungerleider presided over underperformance at Dow resulting in activism. That underperformance persists to this day.
Meyers will help preserve the status quo being an entrenched COP executive.
Nothing changes. A run up from the war in Iran is not improved performance. Yes, everything starts to feel better with oil prices near $100. Elliott will kick themselves for having conceded when they see how we underperform in 1Q.
Surprised they'd cheer Ungerleider. Dude is chemicals all the way through. Can't imagine he'd support divesting.
