She’s posting regularly now again. This last one is for women, but not a word for black history month back in February. Is one group worth mentioning and not the other?

I found it very interesting that she basically vanished from social media in October last year, right when Dan came in. No daily inspiration posts, no update on STI (like we would receive throughout the year) and then not a word when the layoff in November happened. What kind of CHRO doesn't say anything in a time like that.... unless she was told not to. She has basically been MIA until a few posts over the last couple of weeks, but again, the presence is not what is normal for her based on the past 5 years. In my opinion from looking at the patterns and signs, she will be leaving this year. This environment that Dan has developed is not one that she is able to strive in, it's not her character.
@f3 it’s her team that lays people off. Yet she’s out there creating false hope and excitement as behind the scenes she plans mass reductions and offshoring. She was well aware of the master plan years ago with fit to win and vgs. She tasked her team to prepare to rid the company of people it deemed useless and too expensive.

All these leaders are actors and clowns. They are just showing they care. In reality they are counting the money they are squeezing out of VZ. This CHRO believes in nothing. Can’t wait to see her exit email. Hopefully soon!
It's best to ignore her
Expect her to wear African clothes or a Tupac shirt (maybe both) in her next attempt to bond with the Black community.
