People are talking about layoffs, some seem to be convinced something is coming. Does anybody here know anything?

What's happening why is this company falling apart? Shouldn't partners be looked at for their unethical behavior instead of trying to make reasons up to let all other levels go. Why isn't there regulatory scrutiny with all the red flags?
