Don’t you get it?

The best leaders of the last 10 years have been laid off.

Funny thing is, leaders from 10 years ago weren't that great either.
You gotta go farther back then that.

Agreed!! I know many of you may not agree with the whole diversity and inclusion, but that was the best time that I’d actually enjoyed being there in over 17 years. The company was a lot more involved in what we had to say as individuals. It did not matter gender or status in the company. Everybody had a seat at the table with a voice of contribution to what mattered.

After the BRG manager RK left it was devastating for them to regroup and catch up. Then the whole team collapsed.

Since 2023 leadership hasn’t been the same and I decided to leave in late 2023 as the writing was clearly a billboard on the wall.

It was a company who let profits determine belonging. BUT IF WE HAD BELONGING THE PROFITS WOULD HAVE GREW.

So sad, but I am better off, better paid and I wish you all the best in your current roles, new roles and through this tough time.
