Our manager expects us to do it while also doing the normal work and taking phone calls. We have asked them to book in the time for the training on the schedule, it wont work, too much training not enough cover.
Many of you don't seem to realize that the primary purpose of the training is not to further your education but is lawsuit prevention. Dell is able to say, for example, yes we required all employees to take ethics training. By doing so they have transferred the penalties from Dell to the employee.
AI Endorsement...
just use copilot to answer the questions, use AI to works smarter
@bv I remember that along with the dei training from Acho. I love black people training.
As if anybody ACTUALLY fkn goes through the training lol... idk about anyone else but I put the videos on ultra speed, mute it, and click the required clicks to progress. Then if there is a quiz or "test" i do my best. If i fail then take note which ones were wrong and use my judgement for the right answer.
All the training wouldn't hurt so much if it wasn't 108% useless. Like where's the training that will actually help me get better at doing my job?
Hello and welcome to last month.
@bv There was a fantastic training on "Microaggressions" a few years back. It might have been the same one.
My favorite was “hairstyle bias.” They had that a few years ago. Is that still in there?
I’m retired but still curious - what have they come up with this time?
