Leadership and management do the same for you, stop going above and beyond. Those that do are not rewarded, you'll get the same results if you work hard vs skate by. Don't let them take your life outside work away from you. No more on call, no more late nights weekends, holidays. Sc--w them

@OP Welcome to club mediocre. Optum is a great place to lick your wounds and sober up after waking up next to someone you have to chew your arm off to get away without waking them. Anyone who thinks this is a place to be seen for their incredible contributions and to climb the ladder is either a friend/child/child of friend/side piece or childhood crush of someone in C-Suite. Put your time in, pad that resume and get back out there when you have healed. Don't burn any bridges, you might need to take a break from ki-ling it some place that rewards those skills until they get bought out or go under. Rinse and repeat.
