Was told by my people leader that the bonuses will be poor across the board. I got exceeded expectations and they reported 130% bonuses to the media so I can’t wait to see how they cook this one up!

Either way no raise or bonus that you get should change your long term plans. It's what they give you for the abuse. You deserve every penny you get.
