The “work leaders” have been a total joke. My team is weighted down with talking heads. Only a small fraction of the 20 people do actual work.
Copilot was saying based on he revenue it should have been ~140, so yeah they low balled us.

The last time they did my team had their actual bonuses reduced to as if it were 100%
It seems our director decided to add, retroactively to our goals and and of course no one meant them. He called them stretch goals…
don't get laid off and only get 70% of that. The next layoff is timed for a reason.
