What partner works in Wentzville that got this zip code removed? New Melle is further out. Pacific, gray summit, pevely are all further. My sibling lives in Wentzville and my drive is way longer. I am happy for them but frustrated on why their commute is deemed uncommutable? I feel like they do these little things to make us mad and quit

@OP, Pacific isn't far. Drove out there from work and it took me a 1/2 hr. All highway 70/80 mph.
I’m so tired of the 1 hour commute and zip code posts. It su-ks yes. I drive 45 min to an hour each way. How about just let people WFH or Drive In if they and their team want to. Isn’t it more important the work get done? Half the teams are offshore now or will be so we are not face to face with our teams offshore. If people am a get the work done then that’s what should matter.
@a8 if they built that into their decision, they didn’t have the foresight to realize the 55 construction in JeffCo is going to be significantly worse beginning at Z and 55 (Pevely). Not surprised with the circus running EDJ these days
Not from Wentzville, however the "Improve I-70" project has this area and areas West all sc--wed up. That could've played into the decision.
@a1 probably if you have sanity involved in the decision. However, then you make yourself a target for these monsters. Ive seen first hand this company run a disabled person out of the company by setting them up on a PIP that was physically impossible to meet. It was done because this person was 60 yrs old, had a lower body disability and needed WAH status, and my DL hated her. This place has done some pretty disgusting things abd gotten a free pass on it. So, if you get the approval, keep your head on a swivel
Has anyone heard if the firm will accept medical reasons/sign off from doc to remain HBA if you had one before?
