No confirmation or rumors BUT there is something off with the push of the mid-year reviews I haven't seen before in my 8 years at BD. We've been instructed to take them seriously and really respond to them as if it were a year-end review. Not sure if this is just within our Intervention segment but it makes it feel like there is pressure to cut expenses. Might be nothing more but a shift in how performance reviews are being done.

I think there's another wave coming soon. It's a good indication when managers are tight lipped under CDA and told to stop all unnecessary spending
