There have been several emails over the past few weeks about expats ending their “assignment” and going back overseas.
Most people don’t know who these guys are, is it really appropriate to blow up our email box with these announcements?
Is this a good sign of change or just a revolving door, merry-go-round of Sammy’s friends coming and going?
Definitely an anti-American mindset and hostile work place.
They come, they take roles they don’t deserve compared to longer CUSA serving Americans, get promotions that they aren’t the most qualified for, without open interviews for a position, and then they leave.
Good riddance!
Send them all back, they are all useless robots and they all think we are lazy Americans, they do like our green!
The longer they stay the more damage they do!
They take the good or decent ones away and leave us with the underperforming ones. I can think of a few expats they can send back but they are still around ki-ling morale.
