If you are actually focused on higher comp, you should forget obsessing over the little crumbs Cisco leaves for you and just take your chances in the market.
No one works for Cisco for the comp, you're here for some other reason, probably low work demands or some other flexibility.
@a7 free promotion and their march-october bonuses last calendar year would have increased in percentage pro-rataed plus probably increased car allowance if theyve been here more than a few years. my heart bleeds for them. i think theyll do just fine.
I’m getting so frustrated that I’m stuck at g10. I’m just going to rage quit eventually.
I already know three engineers in CX Europe who were promoted from G11 to G12 last year, and this year they will not receive a mid-year bonus despite being heavily loaded with work and additional initiatives. Thanks for nothing!
