So good news I hear pretty good things coming but sounds like a big package to get associates off payroll which means unfortunately a lot more managers are gonna get the rif soon

I hear that every single time a union contract is reached - "Oh, they're gonna rif a bunch of management people to pay for the contract." The fact is, whomever says this is giving the leadership too much credit. They don't have the cognitive skills to connect the dots. If they want to rif management employees, they will do it, plain and simple, regardless of whether the union got a good contract or not.
I don’t know why those two things would be connected.
