@fw basically my rbsm is saying we will stil primarily be in stores. I think he wants us in there vs home bc he thinks we won’t work. That’s why im trying to see what others have heard. I also told him I got the impression that by the end of the year we would no longer get paid on store sales at all. ONLY when they send us leads. So I told him that I’m worried we will be in stores still and the store will expect our help but we won’t even get paid on things they sell. He essentially said I wasn’t listening during the call and that no where in the call did they mention we wouldn’t be getting paid on stuff the store sells. Everyone else I’ve talked to agrees with me and said they were under the impression mo more credit for store walk ins only leads.

@fr I didn't hear anything about it today in the call with Sr VP. The way he worded it was if we have a meeting with someone who doesn't have an office to go to, then the store can become our office to meet our customers.
He also said well continue our relationship with the stores. They'll be able to send us leads. I did not hear them say we'll be in stores 50%. Also didn't hear them say we would get paid on everything from the store.

Can someone tell me if we are going to be 100% home based? I was told that we will still be in stores about 50% of the time so it’s not a huge change. I was also told that we will still be getting paid on everything the store sells and that there will be no change with that….are we no longer going to get paid on things the store sells? Any insight from peers is greatly appreciated as my rbsm never knows what’s going on and often is not honest

@as where I am Sr AMs have lower quotas than SMB R2B AMs despite having lower pay, and the same attainment values per product. The reason I was told is because we're in a store. Well, now we're not, but I'm not expecting lower goals, or higher pay, despite more calls, more meetings, and more closed deals to equal 100% of goal.

Heavy prospecting from home and spending less time in stores. Quota went up by 5k on my kneck of the woods.
