A significant layoff is expected soon on the retail side. I’ve heard from a source that leadership plans to convert up to 90% of corporate locations to indirect locations by the end of the summer.

@AD. That was not my comment but I could see a need for a small number of stores at few flagship type locations. I agree that the majority need to go. The way they operate has been horrible for our reputation as a trusted business.

Good these people are highly immoral. The lot of them are like Ali Babba and the 40,000 Thieves. They are an embarrassment.
It couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of low-lifes.
What would the remaining 10% of stores do for us? I think it would leave us with approx 160 stores.
I also think they want to rebrand their stores as RadioShack to make sure we bring back the glory. We have forgotten the lessons and one day will be held hostage by these indirect stores.
Perhaps we know no one wants to physically walk in any store so before we go 💯 online let’s dump these stores to others to lose money on.
