Any effect with performance reviews?
Is elevate sap it worth for t4 or t5?

t4 gets 20-60k cad rsu
The performance review sets the boundaries for what the manager can do. Almost all t4 and t5 gets rsu unless they are effectively on a pip. Only exceeding t1-t3 can get rsu
People should be doing their review starting this week or next week iirc
