If they really want the old timers making the most money to leave (without fear of lawsuit from targeted RIF) they’d offer a VSP. Even if they limit to those who can meet criteria of certain amount of years plus age. They’d be wise to do it
Jobs are moving to India most rapidly. No WFH dramha. They work hardly
