Andy most certainly does not need the coin. Amazon is the only source of real success he's ever experienced and he loves being in charge. He'll likely stay in the saddle until he develops serious health issues. He's a dough boy.

I think he obviously does not have to work, but probably could be expected to work until at least 72 unless he is like Warren Buffet and wants to work past that.
