That's all I have to say. I'm so dissapointed in this sh---y company.

Jesus Christ. This company hit or exceeded all of the metrics old Paramount set for the STIP calculations and they still short us? It could be worse but also could be so much better. You would think they would set a higher % so they could get bigger bonuses too
Honestly, with yesterday‘s news, I expected it to be lower. It’s probably a good thing all of that broke after the multiplier was already decided.. With $2.8 billion going to Netflix for the break up fee, I don’t even wanna guess what next year’s STIP will look like. They will probably do away with the program altogether and just tell us to be lucky we have a job at all. Our real bonus is all that great in person collaboration we’re getting by being back in the office. F*k this sht.
@a5 i already resigned, just sitting here to collect my bonus since i was employed 12/31 :)
Our bonus money went to Netflix because apparently they were the “smartest guys in the room” and we’re the ones funding the victory lap.
@OP so how many people are still resigning in March?
Absolutely pathetic. They fire a ton of people and everyone else has to pick up the work. They give terrible raises to everyone and forced them back into an office five days a week like it’s 1985. Then they do this. This place su-ks.
This is a joke. 94% is pathetic and everyone knows it.
Leadership can keep saying “we’re winning” but it’s just noise.
We paid Netflix as part of the WBD deal because they lost. We can write cheques like that, but we cannot pay our own people properly. That tells you everything
Stop spinning. Stop gaslighting. Pay people properly or stop acting surprised when morale is in the gutter
“Let’s go” where exactly? Into another year of excuses.
Dog sh-t. What an embarrassing place to work. Don’t worry as leadership mentioned we are winning and the public knows it.
Let’s Go!!!!!
