Some of the best employees are leaving. I got news today that an employee who goes above and beyond for our Optum and Wellmed clinics has resign. What is happening!!!!!!!!!!!

@OP
Get out now!!!!!!
Do not be complacent and stay just because you can work remotely. Well worth going back into an onsite role with another company that does not layoff like this place. You are just a sitting duck if you stay.
@bd
I gave my notice this week!
@a2 that is generous. We got .5% and had an "Exceed expectations" on yearly review.
Because this company is a toxic craphole
Just a game like every other large company. Just coast. Not a company out there that is any different once the honeymoon phase over
If anyone is getting any rrp, they should have it in their bank today, then free to resign. You will see many ppl with 4 and 5 rating resigning today or next week.
Yes, it is all planned out this way. They create scenarios to get people to leave. RTO, layoff of co-workers, requirements to use AI every day. Some leave because its worth it to them not to wait on the severance.
Only a fool or someone looking for a new job remains at a company that cuts 401k by the same percentage as they give for a raise. The company doesn't give a sh-t if you go above and beyond. They want cheap and pliable workers. Most of the consumers we have now have zero choice on where to go so customer satisfaction means nothing.
Optum team member here and my last day is next week. Decision was solely based on poor leadership.
Rats leaving the Optum Titanic.
because we have terrible "leaders" of this company. They don't want the best people to leave but they certainly want many to leave. All they've done to sc--w us over, for many years now, is by DESIGN! They've already thought through what types of people are likely to leave and they've decided losing some of the best EEs is still okay.
Exactly as SH wants.
@OP because why stay? No incentive to do so. 1% raise no matter what you get on your review (here anyway) and now cutting 401k contribution. What's the point
