Layoffs are not happening. Heard it from LL4.
I am also the same person that told you last summer layoffs were not happening. You thumbs downed me but I was right and you were wrong.
At least the ones retiring were given that option.

Ford is hiring and a large group retired last fall.
Chances are though if you start to get really odd "aspirational" questions from your management that seem out of place about your job, then you can pretty much bet there some kind of shift coming in the next few months. Funny how they try to gas light you into thinking this is not the case. It's always they case. But they cannot tell you that.
