Wrong wrong wrong, you have the frame of a +15yr employee. Early career talent that choose to exit almost always choose March. Recruiters know this - peers that want to poach talent know this. Pull your head out of your pecten shape ar--hole and look around.
This idea that people quit after their bonus hits is Shell myth or fantasy. You leave when there is severance or when you get a job elsewhere. Timing up a new job with bonus month happens about 1/12 of the time.
