I got meets expectations, because I was hired to exceed expectations so that is meeting expectations. Literally what I was told. What a joke.
Amazing people waited til near collapse to go union. You lost more than what you would have paid in union dues by now.

I wish we were union. I hate this company. 'Under expectations' because of a very minor accident when my numbers are excellent. Is it true that union depots get guaranteed raises no matter what?
