So when they ask to write your mid-year and yearly review do it with AI. Give it back to them. Hey thats how they want it.
Omg, everyone odd getting these badly written appraisals written by AI. Mine can barely speak English yet he must have promoted it to sound like Oscar Wilde. It’s sad
Ask him to spell DEI
I think AI is going to expose the lack of talent within management. I don’t want people to lose their jobs, but I don’t want these same people making poor decisions that could impact me.
