I was thinking to join micron and just saw layoffs + bonus suspensions. What percent of base salary they give bonus or other amount?

There are two main bonus programs. One is a cash payout that is based on goals set annually and the other is stock grants. The cash based program has a target value that is set by your level in the company then the payout is adjusted by the goal achievement and your preformance rating. The stock incentive is determined by your team managers. Each department gets a budget of shares to distribute. HR provides a recommendation on how to distribute it but the distribution is totally up to the leaders in your team.
Are they laying off new grads too?!
