On the call with Kevin today, they said the layoffs have already started. Has anyone on here been hit yet that can speak to what the severance packets look like?

As it goes to NDAs, those are worthless to a Blackbaud. Think they'll really spend money to enforce. I don't.
Doesn’t seem like anyone recently impacted by this has posted here. There was a troll the other day claiming no severance but that isn’t true.
I’m guessing there were NDAs signed and impacted folks don’t want to risk anything.
