@a7 Timeline accuracy, plus they did 800 layoffs within 9 months of incorporating - about 4%. Then they sold a large business, and followed that with more layoffs in Q4 2025. I'd estimate that 17 to 20% of the initial April 2024 employees don't work at Solventum anymore. Probably all planned before incorporation with names TBD later.
