The positive side with Ai. Now I can pretend work with useless Ai trainings. I am working with fake POC with Ai. Ask ai for some dummy implementation and call it as my poc.
I can watch Netflix whole day and still get good performance review, because everything now must have Ai, regardless if is useful or not.

AI keeping track of who is working and who is not. Scope for 40% optimization using AI. Humans are discardable.
This is called the Centaur Era...a time when humans and AI will happily and productively coexist as a combined force.
It won't last, the thousands of surplus humans at Cisco will be the ones made obsolete.
