The next round of layoffs is expected on April 7th, 2026. WARN letter in California states it will happen this day for Minimed folks. The rest of us are on notice. Expect layoffs every quarter folks. Are you on the bottom of the totem pole?

There were lay offs at the corporate level in HR first week of February- I believe around 20 people(not 100%). This group has been on hold(not working but getting paid) and their final day will be April 7ish.. Rumor has it there will be more the first week of the quarter 1.
Being higher up on the totem pole won’t save you, because you are likely paid more than those “lower” than you. That makes you a more appealing target during a RIF.
Correct, I believe those already impacted have a last day in early/mid Apr.
Any rif associated with a warn has actually happened 60 days prior. This notice is for everyone impacted in Feb and on garden leave till the 7th.
