Getting word that layoffs will be ramping up before corporate bonuses are set to be announced and paid out. If you are let go before the bonus actually hits your direct deposit, then you will get absolutely nothing for enduring last year. Heads up and brace yourself for once again another large round of layoffs. Meanwhile, all the VPs and above are getting extra perks their way (trips, special luxury gifts, stock).
Additionally, if you are fortunate enough to stay, your annual compensation review will probably be on existing since they’ve forced all management to not give high employee reviews to prevent low incentive increase and lowest bonus payouts.

@1q8 are they planning on renting out the other floors in office? When is the inside sales layoffs planning to happen?
They are merging teams and told to reduce cost by 50% this year. We all know what that means. I am just hoping the severance is good. Already being told the bottom 40% of inside sales will be laid off and other departments will be following all while they get rid of the 2nd and 3rd floor at Lehi and push all the RTO employees on two floors.
Tale as old as time. All of us who are still here have anxiety every January through April anticipating the annual layoffs ahead of bonus payouts. We only torture ourselves by staying. I'm going to start looking elsewhere today, especially after my stock just tanked. This is no way to work.
I am not sure why anyone would stay here after the bonus payouts anyways. If Sunrun does lay people off pre-bonus it wouldn't be the first time. But even if not, people need to be searching for a new gig everyday and leave this broken company.
