Most of their cases are general inquiries with zero technical complexity and could be easily handled by AI. Every new ticket opened is nothing but a CAPEX/OPEX to Cisco.

@rt Don't mix up Webex TAC with other TAC, they are bunch of glorified phone answerers.
You mean, why hasn't them been replaced by AI yet?
C'mon, TAC has some highly skilled folks who very much care about our customers and generally need to put up wirh a lot of BS. One day you’ll wish to talk to a TAC person than a BOT. What value are you adding to Cisco?
