People have to stop blaming the management, granted they are all incompetent but at least they know it. The shame is that all the Shitrix employees are all useless and caused the demise of the company.

The poster has a point, specifically, everyone who participated in the fraudulent financial reporting of Citrix's quarterly performance was complicit in the lies promoted to shareholders and the stock market in general. They hid the reality of the company's decline into the abyss. How many were involved? We'll never know for sure.
Meanwhile, longtime employees that knew the company was in trouble were merely bystanders that gladly cashed their paychecks - part of the company's apathetic culture.
