has anyone actually been appropriately placed within their "position in range" per descriptions sent out last may? expected it to happen during the rewards cycle...

I got a pay review as part of annual process. Before this I was over 6 years in position, so very experienced in role. No adjustment made to salary based on what was salary band when i started in role compared to current band. I was in the lower 3rd which based on internal guide docs says "new to role" recently promoted etc. After this year's annual I finally moved to 2nd 3rd of salary band. It seems they just said last year when moving to career levels that adjustments would be made,without any actual action as per usual... company no longer cares about employees only profit or market perception. Forget about tenure, the longer you are here it seems the more you are a potential target to get rid of. Sadly..
